Cauldron: Creating a Compelling Brand Positioning
Cauldron is a pioneering plant-based brand which needed to review its approach in an increasingly cluttered and fast-moving plant-based food market.
Although the brand performs well the team wanted to develop a more compelling message to cut through category noise and drive longer-term growth.
Our detailed discovery phase allowed us to identify opportunities across the category that could help refine Cauldron’s brand positioning and bolster their already strong portfolio. Through a series of three virtual sessions and a face-to-face workshop we used a variety of branding tools and exercises to explore different positioning territories with the potential to boost brand awareness and consideration. The winning territory is now being used to develop new brand communication and as a springboard for future innovation.
