Coty: Creating a Global Innovation Pipeline
We were asked by Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies, to establish a powerful and disruptive innovation pipeline across three categories: lip, eye, and face.
We began with a broad discovery phase, examining a wealth of data and interviewing internal stakeholders to develop four rich opportunity territories. This process was also necessary for us to truly understand Coty’s core values and growth strategy. Using what we’d learned, we designed and facilitated a three-day global innovation workshop which generated over 100 ideas, 25 of which we developed into research-ready concepts.
