Coty Marketing Training: Building a Common Approach
Coty’s UK marketing team set the ambition of creating a consistent, powerful marketing approach for their 80-strong luxury and consumer beauty team.
We were charged with running three in-person training sessions that delivered aligned and effective practical approaches. The first focused on Coty’s marketing and brand development principles; the second looked at the upstream elements of marketing strategy development and key levers to drive growth; the third focused on brand activation planning and implementation. The team has reported a significant improvement in the quality of marketing plans and execution as a direct result.
