Griffith Foods: Creating a Global Innovation Pipeline

Griffith Foods wanted unlock innovation ideas by running its first global ideation workshop.
Our challenge was to help Griffith Foods to create breakthrough Innovation Concepts for global markets that meet deeper consumer and customer needs.
We worked with the category and insight team to generate innovation platforms, stimulus and workshop design. We then facilitated a 3-day global innovation workshop with 40 attendees and generated: 100 prework ideas; 6 Innovation Strategic Platforms and over 160 product concepts.
