Pilgrim’s Food Masters, already a major player in own label foods, asked for our help in exploring branded opportunities.
To facilitate their ambition, we undertook a full review of chilled foods to identify potential gaps and opportunities for new-to-market brands.
We then built this detailed analysis into a set of workshop stimuli and provocations. Together with their senior marketing and R&D teams, we developed a shortlisted range of branded concepts which will function as a clear roadmap for future innovation and growth.
